Review: Teachers Aged 30+

Explanation

This question hasn't told us how many people are in the study group, and evidently therefore the answer doesn't depend on this value, so let's imagine 100 people are in the study group. Then, 64% or 64 people are aged 30 or older. Of that 64, 12.5% are teachers. 12.5% is (it's half a quarter), so as of 64 it represents 8 people. The odds of choosing one of these 8 people randomly from the group are , since there are 100 people. So the probability is 8%.

The correct answer is (A).
